Today went to the Kepong TM point to take the original form of the cool uni pack [my college dont accept photostat one]

Guess what, they system is offline [non of my business since i am just taking the form]
What bring me furious is that they did not have the original form, fine.
But that xtupid staff try to make me a fool by giving me a staff netbook form, i asked her about this, and she told me " you no need to care about all this, just fill in the form, and we will do the rest" . wtf !!! .

The staff there is also dont really know about the rules.
I asked them can i apply if the homeline is not under my name, they say cannot, i keep on insist this and she just show me her lanci face. I asked for the brochure, and show her the FAQ, only then she act like blur-blur and ask the officer.

So try to avoid TM Poit Kepong if possible.

And would like to recommend the Wangsa Maju TM Point [near the Wangsa Walk]
Friendly staff which answers all my question well, and always have the smile on his face.

Is there anyway for me to complain about the TM Point Kepong, as well as giving a compliment to the Wangsa Maju officer ?

16th April : Upgraded my package from Combo to the cool uni pack.
22nd April : technician came to set up

I called HP just now, they still didt have my order data in their system.
May i know how long does it takes for TM to place the order with HP ?

2 days to get the netbook after activation ?

Just received a reply from HP. My netbook order are in process now .. yeah !!

My journey so far :

Dont really face any problem except those blur TM staff that dont really understand the T&C of this package.

Any other way to reset the password other than calling those suck hotline ?

Guys, remember to ask for the confirmation slip once you submit your form.
Because the form is only printable after the server receive your application.

Which this happend during i went to tm to upgrade the application.
Sat there and filled in the form, then the staff say "sudah siap".
I ask "Boleh saya dapatkan confirmation slip ? "
Then only he key in the data into the server and print to me.

This will make sure that your application will not delay incase the staff "forgotten"
