i suggest u go back to tmpoint and ask them for status.. when i apply for cool uni pack, i asked for the staff's name, contact no and found her email on a slip she printed for me..

so i "annoyed" her with emails bout 4 or 5 times throughout the week.. till today she gave me the confirmation slip..

u applied at tmpoint ? i tot they supposed to gav u soon after they key in the info ... the confirmation slip is print out after that

back most of em only wait like 2 days from the submission date for home line and next two days for streamyx

yup.. but i was under quarantine.. so she said she will send my application to her fren at HQ to unlock the quarantine and register for me.

she printed her email tat was sent to her fren on the spot for me coz i asked for proof of application.. in case they said i din not submit any forms..

she told me to wait 7 days and she will contact me thru email after successful application. so after a few days i email her then ask for update.. after a few days ask again.. kept bothering her for the whole week..

juz be alert when dealing with them.. alwiz ask for proof and contact of the in-charge personnel.. they are cunning..

the technician came my house, did his business and increased my speed already.

but still nothing from HP ? @_@

need to check with HP, TM will order the netbook after streamyx activation..

tat is to access the control panel of ur wifi modem. did u turn CAPS LOCK on or u typing error?? go back to tat website n change another password and try it again..

dude... 192.168.1.1. is to access the modem.. it shud be a modem password not ur streamyx password. if it ZTE modem the username will be admin and passwordrd expert03..
inside the modem only can configure ur streamyx password.

Yes, you need to update the details in the modem settings again.

yup.. as he said dun confuse between these 2..

key in 192.168.1.1 together with the pw for the modem.. when u go inside the control panel them only u key in ur streamyx pw..

if problem is still persist, u can call 100 to ask them to teach u set it.. or maybe some forummer here would noe.. (i not familiar with it so i dun noe.. )

Applied this coolunipack 4mbps package (staff say still got port and also need to wait technician come to my house to make sure it support this speed) yesterday and a new tm homeline under my name , had paid RM 75 deposit + RM 10 duty stamp on the new tm homeline and the staff told me that i have to pay at least RM 30 for the wiring to the technician.

wanna know will i get a receipt after pay to the technician?
and haven pay single cent on the coolunipack yet, izit the fees for streamyx come with the 1st bill after tm homeline n streamyx activated?
