If I check my modem which show me how many streamy giving me the downstream mbps is showing(for example) 1024kbps, is this account cap or adsl cap? Normally 1Mbps package they will cap 1.5Mbps for you, for 2Mbps probably they will cap 3Mbps, while for 4Mbps then they will cap at 5Mbps. Bear in mind, account cap and ADSL cap are different thing. When to TM point yesterday and submited my form.
13/4/2010 Terminate my current Streamyx under my dad's name and been asked to wait for 1-2 weeks then just acn apply. The form is taken by the TM person. 14/4/2010 Still waiting and dont have internet now.. Will they really take 1-2 weeks time??? They didnt check whether my area can use 4Mbps or not...
