they will appoint contractor to ur place... my contractor came, he gave me his contact, ask me to recommend him cust if they wan fic streamyx cos they deal direct with the streamyx sub con faster than go TMNUTZ HQ

There is nothing wrong with kind , even I was kind. Well sometimes putting these guys in your pocket will be handy. You gotta tackle this way. Most of you guys are young , that explains why you're raging. Think wisely , if you have his number and something goes wrong with your phone line , you know who to call as calling 100 is pointless. Their system takes forever to update and forever to assign a tech. A lot of people complain , basically if its written RM 30 and you pay RM 40 extra and have his number , ummm he can help you with phone line related problems. Same goes with your streamyx tech guy. Put him in your pocket and if you have issues with your port , just give him a call and get it done

hmm... i say it's kind because my family is also kind... but everytime only after i did it only i review what i did. lolz... my wiring is actually done, everything done, the technician just plug into the port. Rm30. He says if want new wire, rm50 but my dad say rm20 not money arh? then go for rm30. hahaha

1 week later the most.no worries hp will call u. no hurrry. juz wait.

it depends how hardworking is the installer that came to your house, mine 2Days(or 1 working days)
he came on saturday and order on monday

Means... if they pull a new wiring, charge RM50. But i alrdy got old wiring so RM30.

Umm , well I guess I am old then. I am not sure I am just guessing from demographics , some of the folks have just entered Uni. I am guessing its 18. Of course there are old folks like myself , mid 20s , well can't really say mid nor early 20s.

currently I'm using NORMAL Streamyx 1Mbps, usually Max Download Speed = 1.4Mbps

after I switch to Cool-Uni-Pack 1Mbps, could I no longer be so lucky already?
for example: later MAX become 0.8~0.9Mbps only, is it possible?

there is a possiblility there. hehe, but i get d same speed though. it depends on ur area jumper setting crew and streamyx installer
