lol, same case, same place

it's regulation, 30days quarantine period, not their efficiency, it may take more than one month to get it done too

you need to understand the condition:
if previous streamyx account is not under your name and you wish to apply using the same phone no. and terminate the previous one, you will have to sit for 30days quarantine period.
applying for new streamyx only take 6days-2weeks working days

it's different, that RM25 is likely like phone line rental (from phone exchange to outside of your house) not the internal wiring charge, RM30-50
but that bill is likely you got it when u successful apply to the package, right?
