@Chizzu,thanks for the info..

Ok,im getting ready to get the iPhone 4 from Maxis..Just some few question i need to know..

Basically my uncle has a maxis line and has around 8 supplementary line under him..His bill itself will normally come to almost 1k per month..So im just wondering can he change to the plan provided by maxis to get the iPhone 4 later on when it is announced?..When he takes the plan,will it effect the supplementary lines under him?..

Thanks smile.gif

let me answer this:

A. once your uncle changes to an ivalue plan, he still retains all the free calls and free sms between his family lines as accorded by the value plan.

B. if you are part of the supplementary and wish to get an iphone, you'd be automatically axed from the family line and become a principal line holder.

C. if your uncle takes the idata plan, its similar to A.

I am not too sure myself but I think you can use facetime except that you cannot see each other when conversing since i3GS does not have a front camera but the back camera can be in use.

Steve said specifically no support for Facetime on i3gs, although using the back camera is not such a bad idea after all tongue.gif

Yep but I prefer it to be on the front. At least I know where my camera is pointing to plus that's the whole point of videocall, to see each other..hahaha....never know the camera might reveal some unintended secret..lol
I prefer to have it on 3g/wifi rather than only wifi but then again it will be too much taxing on the cellular network. they already have hard time keeping up
