I think that's not the only reason for bayonet hood, coz my 55-200 comes with bayonet hood, even the front end of the lens does not rotate while focusing.

Anybody went through the Nikon Centre's workshop? Photo 1 or Photo 2? Can share your experience pls.... Is it worth to attend? I know basics of using all mode in camera, juz wanna improve my skill in using flash and other knowledge icon_rolleyes.gif

hi guys , just wanna ask , if i bought d40 , can i change the lens by any model ? like d60 , d70 , d80 model ? does it change the picture quality ? im newbie . sory :l

Don't quite understand what you meant, changing body but lens remaining, or body remaining but you're using other body's kit lens?

Haha, initially I don't know how to do until my friend taught me. Just tell me your username at flickr or something and I can do the signature format for you. I don't really know how to explain well.

Yes, you can use all Nikon AF-S or DX lenses.

Picture quality changes quite significantly IMO when you use a better lens. The 70-200 VR is excellent compared to the 55-200 although not 10x better.

ouh thanks bro , but i still dont have the camera xD i only using my bro camera :l really suck at it . dont know how to use manual , just use auto only xD

i bought nikon D3000 last 2 weeks ago then i regret when i read other forum, says that D90 drop price. doh.gif

D3000 and D90 quite a leap of price diff la.... D3k is 1.7k, D90 is 3.3k, 2X D3k la boss....

ya i know.. actually i wanna buy D90. by that time D90 still selling around 3.9k to 3.6k. after 2 weeks, they say D90 drop price.. so suey.

Nah don't worry, it comes with experience and some learning on your part. Remember that the important part of producing good pictures is the person behind the camera, not the camera equipment.
