I guess should be your metering problem, coz middle is black colour, hence the system will overexpose to let the black to be just alright while the white will be over.

Not exactly a problem, but the metering is trying to meter that guy's shirt to 18% grey. Try shooting a white background, definitely underexposed since it will try to meter it to grey as well.

I don't actually mean a problem. biggrin.gif Wrong description from me. notworthy.gif

What I'm trying to say is exactly the same as yours, the computer try to get a balance exposure but is fooled by the shirt. tongue.gif

thanks for the info..
but i curious tat how come the blower tat mitmivec selling is expensive than the Lenspen.. hmm.gif

i tot the blower isn't necessary, since we can use the Lenspen brush to brush away the dust tat stick on the lens. tongue.gif

those r giottos blower, the dinosaur among others.

Same here, I prefer to use blower for the dust and all. Only using the brush for really stubborn ones and finally use the tip to make it shiny~ biggrin.gif.

Send it to Nikon Service Center for repair. Probably don't need to pay for repairs since it is under warranty? (Not too sure on this part, no experience with the service center.)
