I just called HSBB Hotline to double confirm. All the download for bandwidth cap, is included for local, if you using download from local ip more than 60gb, you consider reach the limit. |

This is just too sad. I was planing to get 20Mb when it's available in my area but with only 120GB there is no point of getting higher speed than my currently 4Mb line.
