Download quota? So it doesn't include upload? and it's interesting to see hw much we are throttled when we've finish our quota

i rather go for biz 5mb, bt doubt it's available in residential area.. however, if look at cost vs effective -> 4mb is still the best

i read in previous post stated that the total quota is spread-ed equally to days, which mean they will cap us based on daily usage, let say 60gb/30= 2gb everyday, some ppl pls verify this? and hw fast are our connection after being capped?

let say i need a to download a file that bigger than 2gb urgently?? ... exceed, then capped, then dl with 1mb speed, what point to have a "high speed" broadband

it will be better if the cap is only limitted to international bandwidth
