When asked how to sign a 24 month contract without knowing exact details, did not get an answer... because they don't know how to answer that.

Looks like try and buy does not mean we try then we buy. Its TM try to see if we buy or not...

Just refrain from subscribing....It is too expensive for such crap bandwidth cap.

even streamyx already in malaysia few years,
they still have many question that do not know how to answer,
for the new product like unifi,
it is very 'normal' if they do not know how to answer.

I believe if you sign up now, the 1st 3 months is free. That is the try and buy period (Apr to Jun). You can then decide if you want to continue. I think the 24 month contract starts from that point. I honestly did not ask much more on that since I can't even get basic info. Please call 1 300 88 1222 and confirm on this if you want and also let us know here.

Someone needs to verify this. I am not sure if the 24 months starts from the day you sign up or from after the 3 months. It should be after the 3 months since it is called try and buy. I try for 3 months, then I decide if I want to buy or not. But since it is TM, please verify carefully first.

It doesn't sound logic that TMnut gives you 3 months free subscription but you'll be trapped with 24 months contract. But this's TMnut, anything non-sense also can happen.

already lost faith in TM... whether it is shitmyx or HSBB... still sucks to me..
