They add another 8 Mbps for TV Streaming if u subscribe that meaning they won't throttled you as if u watch too much HDTV your quota will be fakap

I don't think they can separate bandwidth for your IPTV and your normal surfing

Meaning if you subscribe 20Mbps u will get additional 8Mbps extra bandwidth = 28Mbps bandwidth to max out

I'm not sure wether HSSB ip is static or dynamic if static get ready to get DMCA take down notice if u run utorrent inside your PC

Go for business package u can get unlimited but cause u RM 199 per month

Go to SSM Register one dumb company for RM 30

Then go to TM register Business Package 5 Mbps RM 199 then enjoy unlimited HSBB
