If the price is true, I can't see they'll lower the current Streamyx very much.

TMnut wants you to subscribe VIP package just to check email and normal surfing, that's why they put quota so low. GJ TMnut.

5MB will be capped at 512kbps(10%), oh man I thought I'm travelling back to 10 years ago when Screamyx was just launched.

It doesn't sound logic that TMnut gives you 3 months free subscription but you'll be trapped with 24 months contract. But this's TMnut, anything non-sense also can happen.

The installation fees for Unifi is around RM300, this's the one of the benefit for those who subscribe before July. In future I think the installation fee will be around that price range since there're a lot of works to do during installation.

QUOTE What are the charges like – installation fee, hardware rental, contract duration etc? There will be an initial promotion, waiving charges for standard installations and activations worth RM300. In addition, the standard package is inclusive of equipment worth RM800 that will be given free-of-charge to customers. No deposit will be imposed. Only monthly subscription fees for UniFi packages will apply. Telephony usage charges and any purchase of value added services will be charged separately. For more details, please visit www.tm.com.my The duration of standard contracts is 24 months. Taken from their site. |
