I know it sounds unbelivable. but this is the picture  smile.gif
I can even show u the invoice if you want. i have also checked the usage, its 0 hours 0 times.
I was told by the manager they will charge the price differences from Panasonic as they messed up with the stock system.

It does not prove anything. There is no price at all. It could be a printing error, instead of 50, they put 42.

Show the price and the whole receipt.

These are controls for greyscale. Not much u can do without a meter to adjust this. I would suggest to leave it at defaults as adjusting it the wrong way is more detrimental to the picture.

I notice some juddering in the V20 when watching the Byond HD channels. Is this normal?
*
On the input taht u have beyond, make sure that under options in the tv menu u select 100Hz. That shd reduce the judder if not eliminate it. 50Hz shd not judder unless .. (see below)

There is some talk in the UK that the Pannys actually refresh 50Hz material at 60Hz. This will definately cause judder. The info was provided by Panny CS in the UK. There are various discussions abt this now in the US.

If in actual it is being refreshed at 100Hz, and the panel is doing it correctly, there shd be no judder, I can only confirm when I get the chance to play with one.

Yes, I was watching Byond on the LG. I tested with BD and the palyback was smooth. So most probably it was Byond. I also notice if i disable the Intelleigent Frame feature on the V20, I notice the images becomes bluring, and nearly make me nauseous. rclxub.gif

Can't help you here bro, mine's a X series. smile.gif so, dunno if the Intelligent Frame cause image blurring as my model do not have this feature. smile.gif
Well, I guess at the end of the day, the current settings gives good picture with clarity and you are happy with your choice, then just enjoy. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Congrats! you got a unit with the Vendor's only display unit price (usually ~25% RRP @RM6,499)
No wonder HN is not displaying this unit at their outlet; 50U is displayed instead.
Insurance at HN is a bit high but who cares, as long as you get a surprise, why not.

It is a bit unethical to show your receipt publicly as this will attract discomfort among other dealers.
You need not challenge Mai Kai Tan as long as you know that the truth will prevail.

No problem, bro. But I think we need to really discuss and challenge Panasonic if it is an inherent design problem which has been glossed over. As anfieldude mentioned, there's a very large discussion going on in AVforums.

http://www.avforums.com/forums/plasma-tvs/...y-pan-shot.html

The users there are really up in arms with Panasonic on this issue. Maybe we should emulate them?

congrats also. Apologise to you.

Why unethical? At least we know how much of margin dealers make. So when they tell us, "kita untung RM50 sahaja," we know better

I am sorry if i caused any inconvenience. I have taken out the picture already. The reason i posted its to show that Harvey Norman actually stands at customers side should anything went wrong. I was told that Panasonic actually give permission to their salesman to proceed to any sales even if there is no stock. I was lied and given false promise about the delivery date despite the fact that there is no stock from Panasonic. And no, i dont think this is their Vendor's only display unit set. The vendor's only display unit set is sitting in the store.

no problem, bro.

I think they have a market price to follow. No one should go below the price. This is what i gather after all the surveys from different shops. They all can actually offer the same lowest price one. You just have to keep asking and comparing. smile.gif

this is when which dealer offers the best service comes in...

Interesting ... I don't seem to have noticed any juddering for the entire duration of the world cup and other Astro HD channels. I watched practically all the WC matches. And I do not turn on IFC due to artefacts and those are pretty obvious to me.

Is this something like flicker where some may find it obvious and others don't even notice it?

Should be the button to the right of button "0". Sorry I can't be sure as I have not seen an X28 remote control but should be the same.
