i just got my pre-ordered iphone 3gs 16gb white at 1u. no many ppl, but still need to wait for your number like in bank...

initially i was thinking to go for the epp24 months thing but when i reached there then only i found out that for the epp24 and epp36 digi will lock your credit card for the amount that you owe them, means rm3k++ for the whole 24/36 months !! (but the amount will be getting less each month as you pay for the monthly charge)
*
take note for 24+12, after the 24th month....on top of the instalment payment..U still need to pay the fixed postpaid fees. Means the bill can come to around 200...this is on the assumption that u still using digi postpaid plan.
so IMO, better get the 24mths instalment only...

haiyaa btw i just called the customer service..cant make it today...so anyway just wait

i just found out that digi does not allow teethering on the iphones. this is shyt man. i need teethering since part of it i use some small percentage of my mobile data plan for emergency connectivity to notebook n grab some files from emails etc.....like this sux lah mus use iphoen download..then transfer to notebook.

I prefer the option to allow teethering man. quite a drawback for me. sad.gif...need to shell additional cash to get mobile broadband sumoer.

Strange!!!

last nite, I called up DigiCS, was told that my pre-order not in the system, despite me having a mail to verify that i am pre-ordered.

So the CS told me to walk up with the printed mail, and demanded my iPhone + yellow casing.... hv not done that as am still deciding to take an iPhone (to complement my N97 and P1i)...

This morning, i got a SMS from Digi Priority, telling me to collect my iPhone on 13th Apri at Digi Soho KL....

1. Did u all got yr sms from Digi Priority?
2. 13th April?? So long to go to get stocks after PO??
3. Anyone got collection after these few day n collect at Digi Ctr??

TQ

Reasons for being so cheap:
1. New iPhone gonne come out soon before end of this year
2. To fight the competitor

I went today to 1u and got my iphone on the spot. Actually for the pre order I was rejected because of under-age but in the end I still managed to buy the phone but under my guardian's name tongue.gif I pre-ordered the 3gs 16gb but bought the 3gs 32gb in the end laugh.gif Guess it I was lucky to bring it home today

this information is incorrect. Apple allows tethering on DiGi iphones as it is a licensed mobile operator of iphones. i just tethered this afternoon without problems.

Will they charge you if you tethered when they said that you can't with their packages?

What do you mean by that? They will do extra charges when you tethered and it is not part of the unlimited internet ohmy.gif

They will give a yellow casing which I keep under my drawer rclxms.gif
