maxis peeps are just not happy about digi bringing in iphone

for years...no doubt maxis line is better than digi and that's because maxis named themselves as a "premium" telco

digi is not bad~sometime might have crappy line but the plans are always cheaper than maxis and they are very competive

so if you want good line..opt for maxis hence you'll be paying much more..as simple as that what you use is what you pay

I don't think it will be June most probably Digi gonna announce price soon and my guess within this month!! And I presume If Digi has good deals & sales is good for sure they'll bring in 4g as well. Just like Maxis when the sales of 3g is good, they brought in 3gs

So for those who are willing to wait to get the 4g..wait lar~if cant wait then get 3gs first lo and I presume when they bring in 4g~the price of the 4g will be equivalent to 3gs and the 3gs will be equivalent to 3g Well~just my assumptions

why don't you go Digi website at the FAQ section? all your questions can be answered there

well bro~if u really calculate~maxis is the daylight robber the price of iphone is simply ridiculous & with their plan worst!!

you do the calculation

price for iphone

prepaid = RM3000 (3gs 32gb)
"Value1" plan = RM2290 ( 3gs 32gb bond for 1 year)

so the value plan is like cheaper by RM700??? bear in mind each month pay RM100 for the "value" plan~

1 month = RM100
12 months = RM1200

ok...now you need to make bill prepayment for 2 months first.

so RM1200 - RM200 = RM1000 ( balance you need to pay for ur bond with maxis )

Conclusion~price for you get ur iphone will be RM2290 + RM1200 = RM3490

no matter which plan you choose...maxis will earn from you ALOT!!! is it worth? if digi offer similar package~then I doubt ppl will switch to digi because no doubt maxis line is better though the package sucks. for similar price of cuz choose a better line rite?

yeap~maxis have started the 1st move. Even they can't wait for Digi package. Perhaps they knew their package will be more expensive than Digi hence they comes up with this 1st move~To conquer at least some customers first!!

RM200 discount from Maxis makes no difference. The plan still sucks tho~Their marketing team really needs to think out of the box to attract customers or they'll definitely lose to Digi once the package is announced.

Even the BB offer from Digi is good compare to both maxis and celcom.

I presume Digi may announce the package in coming weeks & the roadshow should be Fri - Sun. Just like how they did it for BB in MidValley.

Maxis is offering the same price for iphone if you just purchase the phone itself. Which everyone has expect as Apple controls the price of iphone.

The only thing that may attract people will be the iphone plan will it be better than maxis?? maxis already discount rm200 for the iphone price for value plans. So lets see what will happen on 31st

disappointed with the plan. Why this bolehland we must make pre-payment for a freaking phone? And this pre-payment only applicable for iphone......

after a month long wait~this plans just sucks. No doubt the phone is still cheap but the pre-payment of the plan which will carry burdens to consumers.

Digi dont really trust their customer though. A risk they will not take >< sad!!

hmmm~so u can make calls for 200min for free and thereafter it will be charge base on the plan rate. So if ur total usage is below than your iplan value...eg: ivalue 88~ur monthly calls usage only rm50, you still need to pay rm88. Same things goes to maxis.
