huntelaar is no different than bentnar. buy him will be a disaster.
what we need is a creative striker, david villa example" smart and good finisher.
goalkeeper wise just put vito in and see how it goes biggrin.gif
porto match when I saw silves warming up that scared the crap out of me !!!

hahaha....dont say that name in here dude....you just flaming....people will start telling you that we dont have the money...we can only affort someone that comes for free...
*
That's not flaming, it's just being unrealistic.

It's true that we simply do not have the money that Wolfsburg is asking for. Look at how many big money moves that occurred during the winter window. Zilch. And if the rumours regarding Chamakh are true then we really have been doing some haggling under the radar during Jan.

QUOTE(Breaktru @ Feb 18 2010, 07:57 PM)
Didn't you guys notice , when RVP is fit early season , we always won by alot of goals ? At least 4 goals , although we concede , but always by great margins like 5-2 , 7-2 , 6-0 etc. However , looking at the situation now , even against fairly weak team we struggled .
*
Any team would miss a player of Robin's calibre. Fabs may be our heartbeat but up front it was the presence of Robin that gave freedom to the midfielders and wingers.

Other than just RvP absentees,i feel that Arsenal RB and LB is also somewhat missing.
Our bese RB and LB is really no where near the best when they are introduced into EPL.Clichy was lacking his pace in basically every match while Sagna crosses has gone from bad to worst already.

To provide more option for the attacking player, RB and LB got to played the best of themself or else even with best striker in the world seems quite meaningless.

Agree with the RB LB stuff..during 07/08 both of them were outstanding.Clichy was targetted in every match so far from his return from injury, having less pace and more error prone.Sagna crosses..i guess my memory hardly remembered a cross from him that was converted to goal..now see him take the ball i always thought the ball will fly to the corner flag or no man's land sweat.gif Don't they teach how to cross properly at Arsenal training ground laugh.gif

Pompey have no one good enough to bolster our squad..maybe only David James fit the bill but just only. Mentioning Pompey i read from somewhere if they got wind-up,then the points we gained from them will be null sweat.gif I do hope Pompey won't be wiped out of existence.

Arsenal, however, have not overturned a first leg deficit in Europe since the 1978-79 campaign, and were hit by a late goal from Brazil defender Alex when PSV Eindhoven secured a 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium three seasons ago having been 1-0 up from the game in Holland.

now is the time to break this jinx

so sunderland tomorrow? So fast one got next match. Full gunpowder + C4 needed. We must assume every next match is CL final.

Arsha said to win the title, we must win the remaining games.

More comments on GK...

"There is only one way to do this - and that is for the manager to go out and the spend the kind of money that will bring a top class keeper to this club. We're expecting Porsche performances from Skodas at the moment, no wonder we're constantly disappointed."

Arseblog

really hope this time around AW would let Vito Mannone take in charge meeting up with Sunderland this Saturday... after that our Gooners may review whose the best GK among the rest.... icon_idea.gif

Sigh now Diaby had a medial knee ligament injury against Porto and will be out for quite awhile. doh.gif

Almunia and Song back. Arshavin, Gallas and Eduardo still out.

Diaby out omg doh.gif

Sunderland is another physical team and without him it will be hard again.

I want to see Song and Diaby manning the midfield not Denilson and Song/Diaby.

Arsenal is just pure unlucky the whole season doh.gif
