we need vito in goal from now on...no more clowns in goal plz....we have had enough goal keeping blunder for 1 season....most of the goal we conceded are woeful....wenger can only blame himself for fielding those type of players....denilson and welcott was really awful..they need to be sent back to the reserve team...teach them basics again...denilson need to understand that being a DM means going to the gym and beefing up...no way can you play that role when you are that skinny and easily get bullied by others...at least diaby put in effort to go to the gym to bulk up...he know that playing dm in the EPL is very physical..

by the way...wenger is very prudent in spending...if he thinks that player worth as much as he thinks and other clubs asking too much...he just ignores....unlike chelsea, man utd etc....they will splash the money if they want the player....

say is easy, who will you recommend to wenger ? if you can recommend, you can apply to become scout for arsenal ...

and football club is like company, sign players base on budget ... not simply sign when the team not perform ...

wenger already got rvp, eduardo, bentdner and vela for striker position ...
*
Nothing is easy but Arsenal should take the opportunity of buying the right players.
AW should have bought Eto 2 seasons ago when Barca decided to offload him. He is far better than RVP & Nicky!

But all of them are injury-prone and inconsistent... We need someone like drogba, torres, rooney type....
*
drogba also always injured

torress too...

rooney just hit his form now. before this he is quite average.

who? Zlatan? injury prone also. Etoó? same thing. Huntelaar? did u watch how lyon frustrate him? hmm.gif

Too bad our version of bergkamp is injured all the time. I have high hopes in eduardo, just look at club career statistics. He had only 4 games last season, at least this season he had more games, but now injured again. But i do think we will sign one striker summer, Chamakh. But imagine when RVP, Eduardo are fit. We have abundance of midfield. You know denilson will still get to play. Nasri, Fab, Song, Walcott, Ramsey, Rosicky, Denilson, Diaby.

But at least their injury not long term like RVP, but once they return they start to score a lot. RVP took his time to recover, and had a really great EARLY season...

Rooney was known as a wizzkid, but he has yet to reach the level of drogba or torres. Of course, recently his form has caught eyes from all sides.

I am a huge fan of Eto'o but no way we could have afforded his price tag. Where are we going to find the money?
Nik is an unfinished product and I refrain from judging him until he establishes himself as a regular in his preferred position AND gets a regular run of games. There is something great about this guy - you don't become the main striker of your national team at such a tender age.
Robin can do what Eto'o cannot and vice versa. No fair comparison here - the best possibility is to get both in the same team but it's unlikely.

Zlatan is doing well at Barca, but hell look at his price tag.... $$$+ Eto'o.... Again we're nowhere near that sort of financial strength.
I never did get the hype of Huntelaar. Sure, he was on fire in the Dutch League. Sure, he looked good on youtube. Yet he flopped at Madrid and isn't exactly the most deadly striker in Milan... If Dudu, who had a pretty decent contribution before his current injury gets so much flak from the fans, I don't think Huntelaar will be treated any better.

Didn't you guys notice , when RVP is fit early season , we always won by alot of goals ? At least 4 goals , although we concede , but always by great margins like 5-2 , 7-2 , 6-0 etc. However , looking at the situation now , even against fairly weak team we struggled .

But at least they are more consistent... we need the player that can score regularly, not those who score 2-3 goal this week, then the next few week or month without any goal..

And from what I seen, arsenal striker are not strong enough to cope with the defenders...

obviously, RvP is a great player that can score goals. And i've seen fabregas getting pissed with Nasri/Bentner. He couldnt get the service from them like he used to when he pass to vanPersie or Arsharvin

missed the match yesterday due to some private stuffs..but saw the replay and i guess if i watched that match I would smash my com on the floor..but i am optimistic we could destroy porto..provided if this kind of blunder never make an appearance for the 2nd leg.I really wished rvp was fit..I like his facial expression when celebrating goals thumbup.gif
