anyhow it it important to maintain consistency..
although the big 3 game is no longer needed, but the threat from other smaller clubs need not to be taken lightly |

QUOTE(Breaktru @ Feb 18 2010, 02:12 PM) Porto posed zero threats and yet 2 goals were conceded . What a waste , it could easilly be 1-0 for Arsenal . based on the highlights i have seen, the 2 goals we have conceded are at our fault...too careless to give it easily to the opponent. enough said, we need to bounce back at the EMIRATES~ |

The incident have been really disturbing and emotional for everyone especially footballers and fans. I was almost in tears and sadden by what I have saw on TV 'LIVE' which I am very much agreed with Arsene Wenger about the horrendous tackle. This is something which I, myself may not take it very well, only a 3-match ban to the guilty person for the lost of such a incredible talent on the field at 19 years old. Anyhow, I wish Ramsey and his family my best wishes and hope for a speedy recovery for the lad. He have been a figure for the team, where the gunners show the true characters and resilient to win the game in the end. I do not have the mood to celebrate this win, just hope the gunners will move on and battle hard to shows their strength in winning the title. Do it for Ramsey, do it for the fans, most importantly do it for yourself. This post has been edited by Liuism: Feb 28 2010, 01:35 PM |

QUOTE(Wan @ Feb 28 2010, 02:00 PM) I'm not sure why you're blaming Shawcross so much. His intention was to kick the ball away. He didn't even jump, slide into a tackling motion. He planted his right foot near the ball and swung his left foot at the ball which was near his right. Ramsey just got to the ball faster and was unlucky his foot was planted at where the ball would have been if he didn't get it away first. After that momentum kicks in, and you got the result. Well, I am not fully blaming himWhen the actions have been done, whether right or wrong its still a bad tackle. Still needs to be punish, players needs to be protected more often This post has been edited by Liuism: Feb 28 2010, 02:06 PM |

QUOTE(kimhoong @ Mar 5 2010, 10:50 AM) Analogy: If I drive a car on the road and I hit and killed a person who just happen walking across. Can I said that I only drive according to the law and just hit the brake slightly late and I do not responsible for the death? I do not know, but what I know is that I will be put into custody pending for court decision to clear my name. I do not see that in EPL Yeah, this is my point oso earlier on..QUOTE(Liuism @ Feb 28 2010, 02:06 PM) Well, I am not fully blaming him This post has been edited by Liuism: Mar 5 2010, 12:46 PMWhen the actions have been done, whether right or wrong its still a bad tackle.
