Hello Syauqi,

Yes without the receipt it is difficult to process your warranty request as it is required by our suppliers... Do you have a membership card?

Hello, I have a problem,

I went to the store on 7th December, and purchased a MSI mainboard, 770-C/G45, but the very sad news is that when I arrived home and check the packaging properly, it is already opened.

I am planning to go back tomorrow evening. If they are not going to believe it maybe need to lodge a police report and check thumbprint inside. Hopefully it will be settled properly.

Hello Light,

There must be some mistake as we only sell new items. Please don't hesitate to speak to our Sales Supervisor regarding this when you drop by. I don't think a thumbprint check is necessary lol, and I certainly don't think the police are that free to check something so insignificant (in comparison to the many other crimes they have to deal with). No offence meant, of course.

I will inform the branch that you will be dropping by, however can you please give me your motherboard's serial number (it's located on the receipt) for our reference before you come? This is to facilitate easier tracking.

Cheers
kaminari

please improve on your customer service and technical assistance in Bukit Indah, johor as I went in yesterday asking quotation for my pc which his pretty high spec but the staff there were very snobbish and too busy. Seriously got no choice hence have to go back today as in JB difficult to buy high end systems such as thermaltake level 10 casing n etc .

I hope you would take this seriously also provide at least one staff with very good technical background in PC systems and configuration

the issue was rectified in the end, but it was not supposed to happen in the first place (and also my stupid mistake for not properly checking the items). there was no replacement since it is the last of its model, but they did give the missing accessories and thank god the motherboard works fine,

I guess it was not a good experience overall, but I still went there again to buy a keyboard, so thank you for the solution,

Hello
I just bought a hard disk 500gb for about a week but at the day 9th it seems to have a problem. The store said if there's a technical problem i'll be able to used the warranty for a year but on the day 10th i came to the thundermatch store at alamanda putrajaya (the place where i bought the hard disk) and they not even bother about it instead of ask me to go find a way to fix that broken hard disk by myself. how could this happening? i mean if you cannot afford to fix the electronic stuff then don't even sell it and what is the purpose of giving me the warranty? I just want thundermatch to be responsible about this or else this thing could be reported to the government authorities and your company could be banned and neither anyone want this to happen. this would be the last item i buy at the thundermatch anyway because company like SENHENG would never treat their customers like this. they will always take their responsibilities.

I voted for fourth one because they had a bad phone customer service, last time when I sent my hardware for RMA and waited for almost 1 month and then I call them. No one answer, kepp calling then only got people pick up and answer. Called 10 times they only answer one.

Dear Adam,

Sorry for the delay as LYN didn't send me the notification email, for some reason... Anyway I'm sorry to hear of this problem, it shouldn't happen because we make sure our staff are updated on RMA procedures. By right all you had to do was drop off the HDD at our branch and we'll take care of the rest. This is likely a case of poor communication between supervisors and new staff. Apologies for the inconvenience, but please resend your HDD to any Thundermatch branch (you can send to other branches if you've lost confidence with the Putrajaya outlet staff, perhaps at Jusco Cheras Selatan?) and request for a warranty claim. We do not do repairs, just to clarify; just warranty claims.

I will forward this issue to the branch and respective managers for their immediate rectification.

Thanks and regards
thunder

Thank you for your support, yes usually the problem is with the staff, however on the other hand it is our responsibility to ensure all staff are well trained. We will take this as another learning lesson, thanks for your continuous feedback and support!

Thank you for your feedback, we will let the branch know about this as we should treat all customers fairly.

Hi thunder_kaminari,

Do your store know that Sandy Bridge motherboard has been identified having chipset circuit design issue?

This is the link http://www.intel.com/consumer/products/processors/chipset.htm?iid=en_US_01_chipset+gg_headline

After you have read the announcement, I'm sure that your store will provide replacement for the affected model but I'm curious in what way - A quick 1-to-1 replacement? or Customer has to send their affected motherboard back for RMA? I have bought one of the affected model and I wish to get a quick exchange when the new chipset is ready for replacement.

Thanks for replying.

Hi,

Yes of course we are aware of the issue. Right now we're still pending from relevant departments and suppliers on how to proceed.

As far as I know Acer has just issued an official response which you can check out HERE, may I know which brand/model did you buy?
