About that accidental spill, I dunno.. It can only happen when someone is trying to use a cpu on that mobo.. I believe nobody will go around holding thermal compound on top of new mobo just for fun.. People will only hold thermal compound near mobo when they wanted to put a cooler on top of cpu which already installed to the mobo... let's just hope it won't happen again..We have informed the southern branches about this problem and they will do their best to get more variety at their stores. What I mean by their own pricelist is each branch only stated what stock that they take for that particular month, so that the customer know the items listed in their branch pricelist is available only at that particular branch for that month.. i'm not suggesting each branch to put their own price..
I'm not sure though if it's reasonable.. It's just a suggestion because it's disappointing when we want to buy something that is available in KL pricelist, but when go to JB branch, the item is not available..
Question :
When I send a mobo for 1 on 1 exchange, the new mobo box, should I receive a full accessories or not?
That new mobo that I got last month comes with complete accessories..
But today the guy at the shop who manage my 1 on 1 exchange suddenly call asking about some accessories and want me to return it because there's another guy who bought a mobo without some accessories..
