Dear Thundermatch,

Bad serivce.

I wanted to buy an Asus N55 during the Pikom PC fair and I found out that I cant swipe my credit card because my limit is below the price rm2799 even when I opt of easy instalment. So I chose to deposit RM100 so I can get the same package as PC fair and it will be send to Aeon Bukit Tinggi in 3-4 days time. I was at PC fair on Sunday. I urgently needed the laptop for work and was hoping to be able to get my hands on the laptop by thursday latest.

I didnt get a call from anyone on thursday, so I called Aeon bukit Tinggi today (friday) to check if my laptop has arrived. The person picked up dont know anything, and I ask what can I do about it, and he say he dont know cause they will ONLY KNOW IF GIVEN ORDERS. (Excuse me, cant you call your HQ and Check?!) I didnt wanted to give them a hard time so I just call HQ in Times Square and enquire.

I was even furious calling Times square, They also say they not sure and ask me to wait for their call once the laptop has arrive. So I ask when will it arrive, should be monday cause we dont open on week ends (Excuse me, your shop is in malls, malls open 7 days a week) Even if your Driver dont work on weekends, you should have sent it during the week days so I can collect it on the weekends.

I ask what can i do now. They say they will check, take down my details and say will call back. I ask when will you call back? they say asap. I ask Asap means when? By today? they say yeah.

I will be extremely unhappy with the service if he dont call me back today. I will also be unhappy if I cant get my laptop by this week end because I also have a job to complete. Do you think it takes 5 minutes to install all my software needed?

Dear whoever incharge, If i have to wait till monday to get my laptop, I am demanding for extra benefits as a compensation.

I'm warranty a graphic card to Thunder March Low Yat in 28/2/2012, i wanna to get back my graphic card ASAP. And i call to Thunder Match Low Yat, but no body to answer my phone. I'm really urgent to get back my graphic card, please help. Thx a lot!

i want buy new vga .anyone know,what vga good between ati and nvidia(prefer nvidia) for gaming. my 2 previous vga always overheat untill 78c or above something. so i want know a good vga can play for long time n life time without my pc hang..

Bad customer service for penang area. My friend bought a Sony Tablet S and received 2 defect units, instead of continue having frustration, she asked for another model or maybe refund. However whenever she calls to the shop, the shop doesn't serve her well and straight away ask her call to KL HQ for complain. When she calls to KL branch, but no one picks up... She has some very bad experience and impression with thunder match right now. Any solution?

Bad customer service in AEON Tebrau. I got WD 1TB external hard disk, less than a year, faulty.

After a month, called the shop, still dont have status, whether 1 to 1 exchange or repair. He said waiting feedback from supplier.

1 month? Waiting what?

He promised to call me tomorrow.

Let me see how it goes...

1 month wait time is normal lor. Almost all shops also will ask to wait 1 month.

I will called again tomorrow. Wonder what is the answer for tomorrow..

Thundermatch no longer post in lowyat.net long time de.
Even in Low Yat Plaza you have to wait 1 month, other place further away I think it's normal you have to wait longer.
Give them chance lor. They also want customer to be happy one ma. If can faster, I think they also want to settle your case faster lar.

i been looking for dell xps AIO 27inch i7. but thundermatch sale person is very bad bad service.i talk to him around half hour.he give me some discount.ok fine.i tell him i wan a new one.he said go & get a new one for me.while i wan to pay money.i saw the box of the dell xps.i ask him why the box look so ugly it seem been open before.i ask isit a demo set.i ask few time.i very piss off when he tell the set is from PC FAIR. consider ur THUNDERMATCH company is cheating ur customer. he din tell he only got DEMO set.i pay 5K+ only get DEMO set. u
