Can you tell me why when I went to your Digital Mall outlet, you are selling opened package, Windows Surface Screen protector? Also why you are selling per piece when the packaging says 2 pieces?

The first and second time i send my graphic card your staff did not believe that it is faulty. They only doing some diagnose and update for 3 to 4 hours. I have shown them the video i recorded which show that the monitor blackout itselves.
Lastly i just send it for warranty as i'am very sure it is graphic card problem. I ask for 1 to 1 and they said i send it after a week. So what is the purpose i send it for the first time? Is it your way to delay 1 to 1. Now it is a month already and i did not receive any feedback on my graphic card status. It is not a good experience as i need the graphic card to do my work

i bought my mobo at lowyat thundermatch, can i sent my warranty to any brunch? just bought my msi mobo but no splash screen. have tried cmos everything... but still the same problem... need help...

Same goes to Lowyat Plaza place, I'm trying to ask specific Samsung model and they dunno where to look about it and intro me another model. If a customer know what they want, could the staff look into their database and check the stock?

Hi I had bought my laptop Asus A43S 3 years ago . ( still under the warranty period ) .

I recently just lost my warranty card somewhere ...

But I had registered my laptop online 3 years ago in order to extend the warranty period for one year .

I just wanna ask is it possible to grant my laptop a free service on cleansing the inner fan because it tends to get overheat very quick . I may not have the hardcopy of the prove but I have prove by signing up online
