please improve on your customer service and technical assistance in Bukit Indah, johor as I went in yesterday asking quotation for my pc which his pretty high spec but the staff there were very snobbish and too busy. Seriously got no choice hence have to go back today as in JB difficult to buy high end systems such as thermaltake level 10 casing n etc .

I hope you would take this seriously also provide at least one staff with very good technical background in PC systems and configuration

please do asap as i might b going back today again as the staff promise to call me and give me a quote but till now no calls hence i have to travel all the way again to ask for the quote for the 2nd time.
