Just ask the price for 55" and if they can give additional discount if we buy more units (3-5 pieces) and if they can deliver the stock..no point good price if they dont have units smile.gif
*
I think many store didn't keep stock for larger size unit like 55".
In my case, the fridge that i looking for, there are no stock ( even no stock in thier branch ) and have to wait Toshiba about 1 week or longer.
From Puchong to Jln Klang Lama, i'm asking from MG, ESH, Onking, HLK, Senq ( just passby and compare ),KawanKu, TBM.

The lowest price that can offer is MG, so i believe they can give very good price for LCD TV as well, but you have to wait for stock coming.

Finally i buy my fridge from TBM, and i ask for the ZV47, it said about RM3700. Not sure about 55".
I think he can offer better price for paying cash.

Here are the comparison for my bridge GR-RG73MDA ( sorry maybe out of topic )
MG - RM2380 cash, +5% for 0% installment
ESH - RM2490 cash, +5.5% for 0% installment
SENHENG - RM2899, + processing fee
TBM - RM2550 cash / 0% installment

My previous experience is NO.
Read the below email reply from Toshiba when i asked them.

Dear Lee Kar Heng,

Good afternoon and greetings from Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd.(TSS). We would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for choosing and supporting Toshiba’s range of products.

No, you do not have to send in the physical warranty card after the online warranty registration is done. However, it is better for you to keep the physical copy of the warranty card, invoice/receipt and along with the printed copy of the online warranty registration for future reference.

If you have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us directly or just drop me an email anytime. Thank you.

Regards,

hi daren, do you have any further update on your calibration setting in page 35 that you can share with us ? I am using your setting and the PQ is really awesome and many thanks for your efforts.
*
You're welcome smile.gif . In fact I've done another round of calibration using Movie picture mode about 3 months ago but the end result (colors settings) is no better than the current settings, so still trying to find time for next round of calibration as it will take at least 5-6 hours of my time to do calibration because I'm still a learner. The best result is still to have your own TV calibrated as every set might differ a bit.

I was informed that the ZV-series has been discontinued. The salesperson I asked has no idea whether a replacement model has been released or going to be released. Anyone here who knows otherwise?

Guys, abit off topic.

I'm getting my 42ZV this week rclxms.gif, and I am thinking which is a better way to connect the TV to Astro decoder? I'm not subscribing B.yond, still watching normal astro.

1. upgrade astro decoder to the b.yond model, and hook up with HDMI cable (but still watching non b.yond channel)
2. buy better 3 component cable

Thanks smile.gif

did you call toshiba to check the status ? looks like their customer service is not as good as what I would expect, they should have informed customers rather than letting us waiting and waiting ........
