hello sifu's out there..
please help me on this?
i have a toshiba 47zv. bought early of 2011.. seldom using it. but when im watching it with BD or playing PS3 or xbox360 with hdmi cable, the sound periodically cuts out, sometimes for a few seconds or a few minutes. This happens at random, there is no set time it happens after turning it on. intermittent sound issue. sort of 'now u hear now u dont'
(sekejap ada sekejap hilang).. It lasts for about 10 minutes and sometimes an hour then corrects itself.
at the moment i have no problem with sound distortion or sound delays etc. I don't have problems when watching TV.
i called toshiba customer service, the technician guy came out, after asking me a few question, without further thinking he just replaced the entire board in the TV and to my surprise the same problem occurred.
1) im using cheap RM30 HDMI cable.
2) ive tried using different HDMI port (port 1 -4).. but it wont work..
3) there r no issues at all with my bluray player, xbox360, ps3 and all the original BD n ps3 dics. im positive bout that.
4) some time i can watch the entire movie without any sound issue at all but sumtimes watching it again (i mean the same movie same disc), the problems arise...
pls advise me on this 1...
