Got my unit from Irwan last Saturday, he was kind enough to pass me his personal unit after the 2nd shipment got delayed. Thanks to him I have been using it since then and have encountered no weird issues with it except that it does weigh a bit if holding with one hand in portrait mode and typing with the other.

Most of the costs here are usually from shipping fees, paying people to help buy for you and of course a little profit. Irwan's cost of 2400 to 2450 for the 16GB units were one of the fairest around.

Now if only someone brought in the apple sleeve, need to prop this guy up when typing in landscape >.<

This solution is excellent for people who already have:-
1 - iPhone 3G/GS
2 - Unlimited 3G Subscription
3 - MyWi or similar app.

This will solve the problem of:-
1 - Micro-simcard which our operator did not support
2 - Subscribing to another 3G unlimited service (if yr operator support the micro-simcard or if you try cutting the simcard into half).

Saves a lot of costs and risk.

Ask for yourself, what is the main purpose to get one. Are you depend on it?

bro, nowadays, ppl are spending on uneccessary items, gadgets keep coming up newer model and ppl like me...keep chasing for the update

I m gadget freak too since 90's. After such a longtime, I learn to control. I still buy new gadget. But will wait and see. Delaying buying will always make good judgement later. It save a lot too.

Wouldn't it be good to wait a little longer for it to be available online or in local stores. I am also thinking of getting one altho' I already have a MBP and my 3Gs.

don't buy the iPad... buy the new Core i7 MBP... =P
