Make any difference for what? The list's primary purpose is to boast that we already have b.yond sweat.gif

The thing that Astro spies should pick up from the list is the problems we're having i.e. HDMI randomly refuse to work when switch on, random component/HDMI video problem, sound volume problem, favorites difficult to use, want automatic channel rounding back, etc.

Considering what happened to Measat 1 (not called Measat anymore already. Change name to Africasat 1!), very possible.

wrong..i'm using HDMI and have not issue controlling TV voume using Astro remote control...u need to teach it,,,it is mentioned in the guide..  bacalah sikit manual tu,,,

If you cannot understand my sentence, then you're forgiven!! Check back what's my original reply to the original question from eezone here. eezone mention Astro volume and not TV volume. Did I mislead that he/she cannot use his Astro Byond remote to control his TV volume? I did ask to refer to Byond manual to pair the Byond remote with TV right?

I do mention he/she cannot control the volume if it's connected via coaxial as there's no way you can control volume via a digital signal out from Byond decoder. Be an expert only if you're a really one. Thanks!! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Out of pure curiosity, what if the B.Yond smart card spoilt or became unreadable or may be in future they need to change a different type of smart card for better function or security or etc. Do we need to change the whole decoder since it is tied up with our B.Yond decoder?

I believe they will change the smart card in the future, just like they did before. No need to change the decoder, astro will update in their database.
I just hope we can use the decoder by the time recording function is available, just by updating firmware only.

Check your sound setting in the Byond decoder. It should be stereo out and not surround. Surround only if your TV able to decode DD.
