I used 2 phones to call customer service. I went to all of the menu and sub menu, it doesn't accept option to speak to a consultant. sad.gif

Try pressing products and services, new services and finally there is a option to speak to customer care consultant.
Or you can click broadband and choose to inquire.
Btw, DiGi customer service is pretty much so and so only~

ur remaining credits will be put as a upfront credits on ur postpaid line but i've encounter problems during the conversion and the credits balance i have doesnt tally with the amount credited into my postpaid account... hmm... rclxub.gif i called them up to check and DiGi also cant give me an exact answer... end up i just forgot about it... treat it as some fees for the conversion... shakehead.gif

yea, it'll be brought upfront to your first bill
say you use less than RM50 for 1st month.
Eg. you left RM30 in ur prepaid
so your balance for first month bill will be RM-30 after deduction of RM50 commitment.

Smart Plan is actually for the internet access only. For calls and sms made under this package, you're charged 15 sen/min and 10 sen/sms. So its actually RM68+calls+sms.
Good thing is that this plan can be stacked with the current postpaid plan. Such as myself, I'm under DG50+smart plan 68, thus I'm paying RM118 monthly for these two package.

Of course. You'll even get to transfer up to rm500 of your current prepaid credit to Smartplan.
