I used 2 phones to call customer service. I went to all of the menu and sub menu, it doesn't accept option to speak to a consultant.

Try pressing products and services, new services and finally there is a option to speak to customer care consultant.
Or you can click broadband and choose to inquire. Btw, DiGi customer service is pretty much so and so only~ |

I have a question. I've just changed my DG prepaid to DG postpaid. But i am wondering what will happen to my remaining DG prepaid credit after i switch to postpaid?

Im planning to change to DG. Wanna ask if I use the SmartPlan 68/month, can I get sub line and tagged in the FnF ? Say im using 68/month, do I have to pay extra if i call/sms ?
