how is the update techmostwanted? i am not sure about yours but i got a friend that has the backdated calls/charges being entered into the current month, ie january calls that are being charged to may bills. its because the digi billing for january did not capture the entry and when they finally capture it, they entered it into the current month which caused the current month bill amount to 'magically' inflate. maybe your problem is related to my friend.

after 1 month of ambasador line usage.. i now know tat digi can hutang hutang de oh.. lol.. last month charge only rm7 so wanna go pay.. the digi centre people ask me wanna pay kah? minimum payment rm10 wor.. i say then dont need to pay ah? then he say u can hutang 1st.. nex month only pay again..

I have the worst experience coming from Maxis which i have been for 10 years; reason for switch was because i was attracted to the DG Smart Plan.

For start:
1. Credit Limit
You lose credit limit currently given by your current telco. In order to increase my limit, DiGi requested for my bank statemement and proof of income for review since my account is less than 6 months. (my previous limit was $3,500 and DiGi only offered $300) Also i have auto debit which i have no clue why are they so paranoid about.

2. International Roaming
disabled by default. You need to place a $300 deposit or provide a recent billing to proof you do roam.

3. Customer Service
Most of the time if online customer service aren't able to assist; they would suggest walking in to service centrea where on average i have to wait 2 hours for my queue (in ss2)

Please share your experience if you have any add.

I am planning to switch back to Maxis after 3 months.

Please at least share out the link, it was from one of the threads in Kopitiam.

Well, I threw my 8 years old Maxis numbers away and straight changed to a new set of DiGi numbers and have no regret until today.
