Hey guys, just wanted to ask a quick situational question (not sure if this has been asked before):
My gf is on a Maxis Value 50 line right now and I plan to buy a new HTC Legend from Digi, switching to the one year contract RM68 Smart plan (http://www.digi.com.my/internet/smartplan/htc_legend.html). If I pay up her current Total Line Charges in the Maxis bill before going to the Digi specialized shop to make the switch, 1. Will I be able to purchase and bring home the phone at the same time while doing the switch? 2. Does the unbilled amount in the Maxis billing information cause her to unable to make the switch? The thing is, this is supposed to be a surprise so I would like to keep the signing paying and switching hassle as fast as possible. Of course she would have to be there in person to switch - that's when she'll discover her surprise gift Thanks in advance! |

He mentioned that all of these can be done in 1 visit. Think I better call the branch to reconfirm. Thanks anyway! |

Wow this is really nice! ![]() after posting this for few mins.. i googled and the results came back from gsmarena.. http://www.gsmarena.com/0facebookcom_launc...r-news-1669.php and this is the facebook link http://blog.facebook.com/blog.php?post=391295167130 digi malaysia will be listed soon it says.. guys.. hooray~? But there is a small catch: Be aware that the free deal is valid only as long as you don't open images and don't click links to other websites. Doing any of that is still a paid thing. So I guess everything is in compact mode without showing pictures of our friends in FB. Still, it is good This post has been edited by FinFin: May 20 2010, 02:41 PM |

QUOTE(chiahau @ May 14 2010, 10:03 PM) Thanks dude, but your SUPERVISOR SAID CANNOT! People say DiGi has the best CS among telcos in Malaysia. I guess this is before MNP. After MNP was introduced and I jumped from Maxis to DiGi, I realised the OCS don't know their products well and sometimes change their statements after I ask a few more times. It's scary, man...I wonder if your staff is really good or really good at talking crap.. Sad to say, really thumbs down to those so called "SUPERVISORS" that do not even know their own package~" Waste people's time running up and down Digi Center for no good reason at all.. Super disappointed.. Hope can buck up~" |

Personally, you can be sure Customer Service for any company will have some inconsistencies, since we are all dealing with human beings. Everyone's bound to have some bad days at work. And with the speed and complexities of the promos and services being offered today, you can be sure that the time of training as well as understanding of a particular product will be shorter. And not everyone will be able to absorb at the same pace. That being said, this should never be an excuse to give 2nd best effort when it comes to dealing with customers. If you have a less than happy experience with any of DiGi's customer service channels, do drop me a PM and I'll personally liaise with customer service heads to highlight it. Excellent Customer Experience is one of our key values this year, btw. This post has been edited by SweetPuff: May 21 2010, 12:25 AM |
