it will not be cheaper than Japanese car. Coz japanese car got original and local made one.
i believe the difference between original Japanese car and Korean car is not much.

As what i saw at the Pavilion during Forte launching, no 2.0 emblem for 2.0SX unit at the back of the bonnet in fact there's no way to differentiate between 1.6 & 2.0 externally

Talking about subsidy ... this is really crap ... what if someone bought a 2nd hand 10yrs old Perdana ... say at RM35k and dont get any subsidy as compared to those who bought a brand new full specs City at RM90k ... who is supposed to be subsidised here? There is no correct answer, the person who bought the Perdana might be earning RM20k per month while the City driver might be earning RM3k a month or vice versa.

Imagine ... if 1.6 and below get subsidy and above dont and if the same government continues to rule the country for another 10yrs, my 1.6 Forte might fetch a higher resale value as compared to 2.0 Forte cos of the subsidy after 7-8 yrs

This is really simple ... keep the subsidy for petrol, sugar, etc and increase the highest bracket income tax and not to reduce the highest bracket income tax like what they did for the past two years. Aren't they supposed to act like Robin Hood, "rob" the rich and help the poor? Sigh

Imagine this..years before Exora & Alza are born, a lot of low income people can only afford to buy Naza Ria (around RM80k) as a mover for their big families.
