If the developer cannot finish within 36 months then is a big issue for us.
Properly the developer no money and run away.
Then you sue the company ask for compensation also no point la...

i brought the unit in 1120 on behalf of my bro in law too.. although i 100% not agree with delay on delivery.. but i will not call people stupid which is an personal insult.. if their a wrong, correct them properly is the way..

what would you felt if people call us stupid.. offended?

And never for 1 moment I hoped for this construction to be delayed like you accused me If you think you're so smart, why did you even invest in this unit? I thought you're so clever to be able to foresee this delay in construction And your statement of "developer no money" is basically your assumption. So far, they've not done any withdrawal with bank panels yet (as far as I've known since my bank panel has not informed me of any withdrawal). Which translate to the contractor having tons of cash flow to be able to fund the project on it's own expenses.

Progressive withdrawal is based on developement stages as per your schedule in your SNP.... At each stage of development, bank will disburse payment to the developer and usually first 10% will be disbursed for foundation work... later depending on your unit level.. the higher it is, the later it will be....

if they belum withdraw from your bank is even more scary, it could be no progress at all.... that's common sense...

what you said is common knowledge. the point is, even now the bank have not made the first drawdown. peter SA repeated many times that they can sell cheap coz they do not need to borrow money to built 1120 (ofcoz they have our initial 10% deposit with them).

to confirm this, you can ask your bank regarding the drawdown have been made or not. my info might be outdated.

Its up to your interpretation... I rather see bank disbursement every now and then at least I know at what stage it is progress according to the schedule... the thing is 1120 had been so long but some owner said no 1st drawdown yet ... maybe there is development, maybe the progress is slow...
