Well, atleast to my loan. Not sure about the rest. Maybe someone can post their exact phrase. Mine is as follow:-

An early settlement fee of 3% will be imposed if the HL is fully settled/redeemed within the period commencing from the date of the first release of the principal sum up to the expiration of a period of 5 years (60 months) from the date of full release of the principal sum.

i agreed to Condo Hunter. a good friend of mine was required to pay RM100k downpayment to buy a unit in Anjung Hijau Apartment at Bukit Jalil. The apartment owner would like to sell at RM350k (fried like 18th hell instead of only like hell) but bank's valuer can offer only RM200k. anyway, the problem of overestimate of own condo price got to be faced seriously and often by those buying a condo at starting price RM350k rather than us in the near future...

Once BNM still control on the loan, the bubble won't burst.
that's why the transaction price is still control by bank's valuer but not by those flipper.

If all is rich enough to pay 20%-30% CASH then is different storey whistling.gif

320 is the base price. we'll see how well is the project executed and the furnishing of tiles and facilities.

rite now the market is just crazy.

fyi, buyers lock in at 200psf only. with 2 parking. and there is a 7.5% rebate over 18 months.

Attached are some photos taken today (7th May 2011) from outside the fence. I tried to snap from inside the main entrance but was stopped by one of the supervisors. Cheers
