Personally i feel it is a bit pricey. But 4.5 years no worry that make it fair.
I bought for own stay and I found OCBC and UOB offer the best so far.
U have any findings?

Hopefully.. I oso bought for own stay. But can sell if the price is good later..
which tower and type you bought?

I am thinking to take Stand Chart. How OCBC and UOB offer differently?

Dun think will appreciate much.

Depends on ur need, UOB/OCBC, Standchart and HSBC cater different group of customers

@vdfoo,
Your guess is as good as mine; but it v much depends on whether people are moving in; basically a property will appreciate more if there are people living in it; and obviously location.

the township will be mature after at least 6 years and if you plan to invest on it, then forget it... if you plan to stay should be okay...

wanna make money always invest on unit which is develop in a mature township and once the unit sold out, the price will appreciate by at least 9% averagely!

Once is completion price will increase 20% averagely but must be in a mature township....

> but i neeed to withdraw from KWSP wor.. 3 weeks only can get the withdrawa
it took me within 10 days only. no worries.

> but S&P need to sign in 2 weeks time...
s&p can sign 1st while waiting for epf withdrawal.

about down payment need to settle within a certain time frame, u may inform developer that u need extra time for epf withdrawal,then they will give u to sign a letter stated due to epf withdraw u r allow to have extra 2 weeks.
