QUOTE(graneon @ Jan 15 2010, 07:38 PM) monKing's 168 posts in this forum alone since joining lowyat in dec 2009. unbelievable....keep it up..this will make this forum active for the rest your remaining years. My grand mum also bought 1 unit. This is not chat room... hmm... this is information room? hhmmm... information room cannot chat? Can I choose to talk over here? hmm... with your due respect can you please cut down all uninformative post. you dont have to reply to every single post. you are making it difficult for phase 2 buyers/prospective buyer getting useful information here. THIS IS NOT A CHAT ROOM!!!! PS: i still respect you and i salute you for your eagerness to make friends. btw can anyone please update on the sales status and do we need to queue tomorrow? abangcorp, please update my unit no. B3-xx-11. thanks so much i'm really puzzle why mr king doesn't believe that i did bought a unit there. infact i bought it on the first day of launching. Added on January 15, 2010, 9:02 pm QUOTE(graneon @ Jan 15 2010, 07:59 PM) i notice that a lot of buyers are mostly young couples or 1st time buyers for own stay so capital appreciation is really not an issue. See... the style at other forum are the same. This statement very familiar to me because I fight back a lot of time.for old time investors, the surrounding is a big issue cos it will affect its appreciation. but if you are in for long term i.e. it's yield then its should be alright. however with the price increase, i think it's yield is not that attractive anymore. hence phase 2 will have more ppl buying for own stay. He/she will think they are old bird and what they say 100% correct. Those young couples, 1st time buyer all are vulnerable. So must listen what they said. If you offend them.. hahaha... will surely follow you like ghost just like what I kena now.... QUOTE(kornflake @ Jan 15 2010, 08:12 PM) Actually I'm wonder whether the place is at hill because opposite can see the house build on small hill. If it's on hill but I think still quite low from sea level. My protrek show only 10-20 meter above sea level. Currently I'm staying on small hill also and I get 50m above sea level.Added on January 15, 2010, 9:15 pm QUOTE(chris lee @ Jan 15 2010, 09:09 PM) Hoi Kong Tai Kat, Shiong tak Jao Shiong!!!!!!!!Added on January 15, 2010, 9:18 pm QUOTE(gstrapinuse @ Jan 15 2010, 08:55 PM) Yes, I signed on last Monday.
