I bgt because work in Bangsar. now renting in jalan ipoh. the dev really full of generosity, with the free interest and rebate we no need to worry about the appreciation.

Thanks NSD. I aso consider HSBC more that OCBC due to the withdraw without any write in. But OCBC very efficient with 1 /2 day they had already reply me MRTA quotation and inform me had already send in for approval. Until today HSBC still not yet give any response, which i feel a bit slow.
