 Midfields by YTL, Anyone know?

I thought after JMB formed, the mgt is hired by JMB or tenants committee n paid by them .

The JMB to show all expenses spent n save which bank acct n how much spent fur everything including money collected famously by clamping !!
Where the money ?
Who is keeping it n where the receipts to match collection clamps and accounted to the last 10 cents .

Should the year clamp money use to hold community gatherings food drinks to celebrate festivals like Hari Raya to CNY etc and even decide whether to scrap those algae ponds up the open air car park n save cost n any better plans for the next voted committee.

Some JMB AGM need to invite the city council person to join to witness the fair elections n policies n grievances made to table into the minutes which must be filed with city councils .

Not sure what JMB means here ...

My ex condo the condo JMB are managed by their appointed mgt people n paid by the committee.
They plan the number of CCTV to be updated n new enhance feature to update since all money should plough back to the condo . Not a profit organization .

currently midfields condo is manage by ( Sr Property Management Sdn Bhd ) not by YTL. Not an established/experienced company like KJ property Management & Burgess Rawson(most of mont kiara property using this company) .

midfields owners

please get the petition form from management office to sign and attach a copy of the assessment notice
of last year + notification of increase so that the office can submit to DBKL to protest against the proposed
increase of rate of 53%.. Please do this asap.

Remember strength in numbers so EVERY owner must do their part !

It would also be great if the management office can be open on Saturday morning. Not sure if that is feasible. Right now very hard to do anything with them if we are working.

Confirmed that 14-15 shoplots are currently being renovated, and will be opened for business soon. some of them are offices and heard an F&B outlet, a clinic. Speedmart99 already there..

Looks good and is shaping up..hopefully more F&B outlet will be opened there in midfields square...

Thinking of entering buying one unit subsale, but after reading this thread from start to end, i'm having second thoughts... Intermet issues, flooding, student hostel, generally bad maintenance.. The price at this point in time is not bad though, still can get below 450 psf. Can any owner advise me on which block/unit size i should focus my efforts on? Thanks so much :-)

Midfields2 will launch Dec or Jan at about 500+psf without dibs. Similar products as current midfields which is still below 500psf. The catalyst would depend on the commercial shoplots. But nowadays getting <500psf is no more common..if you buy, go for high floor klcc view

You mean with " offices" or "shops"
They let us park nearer to the shops ?
As present, that shop zone is no parking zone n I cannot visualize how customers of shops can park there?

They keep chasing us away n I got to park at the lorries road n buy my groceries n walk to the 2nd guardhouse

I don't see how that place which is like a high prison zone can suddenly allow customers of foodie n others to park freely in n out of that zone ?

That's why nobody looking to do open trade at those shops at ground level if customers cannot park even nearer .

Isn't that the real reason why nobody doing customers retail want to consider take shops there ?
If build shops n open the area like Sri Petaling Retail shops where anyone customers can even park nearer or infront parking lot - then sure retail food shops will dare think of renting mahhh

The guard over here is hopeless! i'm now staying in Block C. One day i came back from office around 9pm, there was one african tried to tailgate me, so i wanted to close the door, but he used his hand hold the door and pull harder (by that time, my hand still on the handler) gave me a lansi face and then walk pass me. After that, i went to questioned the guard, why he did not stop the African, the guard just gave me a blur face and said the guys stay inside but don't have access card. =.=
Seriously, what the Hell!! Some more, i'm just a normal girl, how am i suppose to fight with African!

Plus, i think is very difficult to communicate with the guard here. They can't understand what we are talking. How do we ask for help when the case of emergency?

I think you need to complain the the management office. Other than the students, there are many Africans and other foreigners (god knows from where) always loitering around the lobby.

I have seen it several times that the guard just conveniently open the doors to them.. doh.gif
