I thought after JMB formed, the mgt is hired by JMB or tenants committee n paid by them .The JMB to show all expenses spent n save which bank acct n how much spent fur everything including money collected famously by clamping !!

Who is keeping it n where the receipts to match collection clamps and accounted to the last 10 cents .
Should the year clamp money use to hold community gatherings food drinks to celebrate festivals like Hari Raya to CNY etc and even decide whether to scrap those algae ponds up the open air car park n save cost n any better plans for the next voted committee.
Some JMB AGM need to invite the city council person to join to witness the fair elections n policies n grievances made to table into the minutes which must be filed with city councils .
Not sure what JMB means here ...
My ex condo the condo JMB are managed by their appointed mgt people n paid by the committee.
They plan the number of CCTV to be updated n new enhance feature to update since all money should plough back to the condo . Not a profit organization .
