Just asking if anyone here has any car park lot for rental? Preferably in located in 1A or 1B.

I think during the JMB meeting should propose to management that all the unit access card can only go up to their entire floor only. Without the access card even though they can go in to the lobby they also got problem go to their level.

In my previous condo that I stayed my access card can only go my floor only, I can't go to other floor. Bad things is when you order delivery you need to go all the way down to lobby to collect but in my opinion I prefer go down rather than anyone without access card can go in and out or to your level. brows.gif

This also made life difficult for student whom rent the place as hostel brows.gif thumbup.gif Not I don;t like the student stay there but not as a hostel , 1 unit more than 10 students stay in

Then it means to revamp the whole access card with new dual tier access system ... will JMB willing to takeup the revamp ? Might incure extra charges to all the owners.

When my old condo started to revamp to new system on the access card they just add a device inside the lift so everytime you need to scan your card before you can press the floor level and you only can press the floor level that already set in your card.

If I remember correctly when they implement this feature no new access card is given just use back the old access card because they said the access card already set which floor you stayed when you collect your card last time. I think our current access card inside already have the details of our unit.

Buying any condo above RM 500k is not cheap .
The things put in must fit your needs.
Those buying MF2 better ask for side by side
Car park? If they continue built high tier levels parking for the new development n too high multi tier levels car park-
Be real ! Can you tahan thru the years
Everyday driving up n down few times a day eg G floor to 8b floors ?
Will there be better looking main fences than ugly looking concrete walls ?

It seems the condo security not that tight with supposed to be. Pity for thosev who putting hard earned money for this condo. Some condo doesnt need access card for lobby entrance also never encounter this kind of problem... put shoes outside the unit entrance also noone will steal... 500k condo.... haiz...

3 tier security is a better solution.
but i hope to have rfid long range detector too (work as smart tag, do not have to open window).
we will get wet even inside the car during rainy days when touching access card at guard house.

anyone still facing the problem that only could exit at the entrance you enter?
wondering why my card only could enter and exit at particular lane only.

security purpose to take down the picture of the car driver. worry, somemore with stolen card access MF.
Any upgrade come to a cost. as long as owners agree to implement, JMB can implement it..we should shoulder the cost, anyway our money. YTL only give u basic security system.the walkway currently hack down is to put up tiles (same as those not cemented b4 told by mgmt)..also come with a cost.

we can request a lot of things, do we wan to dry up the fund? i hope we only spent on necessary...for those who purchase sub sales, no one force u to buy anyway, dun tell me u buy based on agent said...first time i drive to 6 floor..my head pusing rclxub.gif rclxub.gif after while ok...the carpark wasnt built b4 the condo..take this..live with it..it gonna be like tat 4ever.. tongue.gif

we only want convenient to our favour not entire condo..how can b like tat....

for african or middleeast ppl, my female coll stay in mk, even harassed by them sowe are not alone...we just cannot ask owner dun rent to them (those owner didnt stay here)

we all have conflict of interest..u r owner, so am i, so they are....

even when rain, the whole lobby wet..wat the stupid design by YTL? we can request JMB do up, u willingly to pay?

no telekom line, another stupid idea from YTL so tat they can screw u n me for using YES. r we willingly to invest the line? mgmt said coz few hundred K..remember how to pull up to each unit..it take forever...

we can request a lot of thing...even blind also can see the patches on the building...i told mgmt u blind ka..like tat also can give CF to owner..said will patch or paint back..talk 67 la....serious, i really doubt this YTL is a good developer...how can they handover so shoddy work to us...go die la..

i share your views. independent power plant lesen holder, government computer project, these 2 come to my mind. they held a concenrt and hired 3 tenors to sing song to mahatir. that's the top part. if the top parts are like that, what do expect the bottom to act? my experience confirmed that the staffs can be unethical, rip you off, with not your interest in mind.

you think developer makes you rich? don't be so naive.

i don't know why we still hire ytl as management company. we should just replace them. the committe members should look into it and prepare. do you think they are doing the housekeeping job or committee members are running. why hire indians as manager when we have so many chinese residents. go hire indian ceo lah. spend so much monthly fee, yet so many issues can come up. is he sleeping? as we pay, the only beneficary is the company. how much money it goes to them every month?

Every month since JMB was formed -
The notice board should pin the monthly
Accts of all profit n loss acct n bank balances in details for all to see n question. I don't see the Accts on the Notice Board.

Every income like clamping fee collected must be bank in to JMB bank acct since receipts are issued .
Is it bank in ? Evidence by audit ?
Likewise all expenses paid eg rennovation works or replacements or repairs bills are deducted from bank acct
( again to show in details) and all works done to be tender to contractors who quote the best price n quality .
Is it happening ?
The bad collections list n good collection list should all be pin to notice as a positive bank acct is important for running of the condo blocks .

The JMB committee role is what?
I keep only hear that JMB is formed but it looks like the 9th floor running the place .
JMB should manage the place and controlling the Accts and hire the caretaker management which must ideally being approved by owners ..

The intention is to make the place a more caring and happy place than just "by the rules I tell you to abide"

actually we shld have more residents volunteered themselves as committee members esp from Block B and Block C. i think some of the existence members would give way to new member hehe..furthermore, if the new member can make better contribution y not...

it's a community service. volunteerism.

do come, more should join, at least, voice out your views during the meeting.

for those reading posts here and probably think midfields is a bad place to stay. it's not. you can ask existing residents or friends. whether things can be improved, yes, it can be. let's start with you.
