The one thing is that YES is super fast. I can download in Steam up to 1 mbps. But kinda no point.. friggin low quota

Actually a 48Gb quota (12Gb peak hours and 36 off peak) should be sufficient for most users except for heavy downloads of HD movies and HD streaming.
Which is exactly my case now...

Even until now...I still quite pissed off that I have to manage my downloads every now and then....
So with P1 providing unlimited quota for the first 24 months. I think it's a good alternative to whatever options we have at the moment.
It's only how reliable the speed is? If anyone have tried and tested it...pls share it here. Thanks!

Hi guys, I am not that familiar with this Property though I always passed by it in the morning. I am curious on the entrance and exit point. So far I can only see the entrance around the Hubungan Timur-Barat Highway, is there any other entrance point beside that, like for example inside Salak Selatan town?

Not sure how true is this, I heard from a contractor saying that the shoplots in midfields square do not come with proper grease trap and drainage system hence no F&B outlets are allowed to operate there hence the slow take up rates, if that's true then it's really bad news for the residents there.

grease trap and drainage system can be laid.. shouldnt be an issue.. if it is ban for FNB at the first place.. then diff story la..

No issue. i nvr rely on that midfields sq for foods..plenty of shops ard MF..n kuchai is so close...

1) no telekom line - i think cannot solve
2) lift always break down -
3) flood at walkway to block B- maybe need propose korek longkang like the one at block A
4) Security issues -
5) facilities issues
6) visitor issues
7) carpark issues
8) etc

Not a good idea for dev to really omit this, F&B actually played a vital progress on shoplots .. without them the frequent visitors would reduce and other non retails might hesitate. But thats the contractor, maybe the call and ask the management.

Oh no! I was expecting some 24hours McD, KFC, Papparich, Asiacafe and my most favorite 24hrs oldtown kopitiam there! Those FnB at kuchai lama nearby quite disappointing, closed early before midnite..and the oldtown ter too small n not cozy enough..

bad news bad news...I thought only mouse trap is necessary for FnB outlets..

According to him, it was mentioned in the S&P as well. I guess the only way to confirm this is to ask the owners.

anyone else got their notice from DBKL about the increase of assessment tax?

mine got increased by 53%. I wonder if we can object with the reason that the evaluation was done only on 2012 so 50% increase within 2 years is unreasonable.

this is ridiculous. amount asking is so steep.
