Getting Started Junior Member 63 posts Joined: Jan 2003	just got my streamyx upgraded to 4mbps - the activation took < 24hrs (from the moment the installer left my house till I start enjoying my 4mbps speed)... Regards, Cyclone I waited for 3 weeks before I got my cap increased to 4 Mbps. My case is exactly like yours. Contractor is hopeless. You should try calling TM several times a day and keep bugging them until they increase your cap. Insist on speaking to level 2 agents - say that you're a 4 Mbps subscriber. Regards, Cyclone I'm experiencing exactly the same crap like u now It's been more than one week and I'm still stucked at port 2046 Everytime I called 1300889515 they gave me the same answer 'we've done the upgrade' Some even asked me to try to call the fking contractor coz they give 14 days warranty The best thing is, the fking contractor did not even bother to pick up my call nor reply my sms!!! Getting Started Junior Member 65 posts Joined: Feb 2009	Hooray, I finally got my 4mbps upgrade today after almost 4 weeks. Too bad surfing is slower than 1mbps. I get faster downloads - but only using a download manager (that uses multiple connections to grab single files), but apart from that it takes an absurdly long time to load web pages from all over the world. I'm wondering if it was such a great idea now.
