Hello,
I have requested upgrade packages on https://mips.tm.net.my , Streamyx Installer(Loo Soon Guan) has come and confirms that i'm able to upgrade to 4mbps speeds, and confirms to upgrade it.
So far, it's already 2 weeks, and i'm still limited to 2mbps or 1mbps line. And the worst part is every time i phone to 100 or Streamyx Installer, they call me to phone either sides and treating me like a complete idiot. Speeds did not even over 1.7mbps as i'm now using 4mbps packages, because my 1mbps package reach 1.7 mbps, and after i upgraded to 4mbps, the speed remains the same.
Please solve this problem now, as i already waited to 2 weeks, and did not even gets the upgrade i subcribe, and next month Streamyx is gonna charge me for RM130+25 for me to use 1mbps line?
Stop calling me to call 100 or 1300 88 9515 because they are just gonna say it's already upgraded while it's not, and no people is even changing my port and my line rate still remains 2048kbps, and the worst part? when i call 100 or 1300 88 9515, they told me it's streamyx installer that handle my case and tells me to contact them, when i contacted streamyx installer, they told me to contact 100 or 1300889515 to call them to upgrade. What kind of workers are this? and where's your promise speed of at least 80%?
Tell your operator as well as streamyx installer to start doing their job and stop treating customer like a complete idiot.
