Define the capping on Mediafire, MU etc.. I'm still able to get high speeds from those sites.

Even with the 4m broadband, I only get 3.51 on local, when connect to international is suck big time, my is 99% to 151 IP
Connect to China is only 1.5m Can't even able to test US site because it is too slow... |
