I'm staying in Alam Damai, Cheras and just registered BB deal 4mbps few days ago. Now my speed is even slower than my old RM88 1mbps package.
Below are my speed according to different time line:

7am--> >3mbps
9am--> >1mbps
>12pm--> <1mbps
>7pm--> <512kbps (OMGWTFBBQ? O_o)
>1pm --> >1mbps

Conclusion--> Tm.Nuts is making me NUTS~!

Called the technician and he say the same thing like others do, "Sedang check, semua 4mbps system slow sangat sekarang." But from the previous post I read here, I don't think ALL 4mbps system slow.

Is any Alam Damai Cheras 4mbps user facing same problem now? Or am I the only 1?

hello all 4mb user ! i just got my BB4m upgrade done. line is unstable now, will Dc whenever calls get in my line, and did not get the full speed of 4M yet as the technical said need about 2 days to get full speed to blast. what about you guys ? today the technical said i can get about 3.3mbps only as they shown me the speedtest result... abit disappointing huh.... although its up to 80%~
*
Bro~ I only getting 300kbps right now as we speak~ Using the 4M BBdeal just like yours~

You got 3.3mbps still not happy enough? sweat.gif
If so I think I can bang my head on the wall already~ rclxub.gif

bro, i think i share the same fate with u looking from your last post. i see that we get really snail-like speeds about this time frame, now i get about 500kbps only.. I'm from bandar tun hussein onn though

Hell~
They have to fix this sooner or later or else I'm gonna shoot the customer service line everyday. mad.gif
My Mr. Don't Care technician doesn't even bother to come over and fix it while the only few things he say is "sedang check", "I akan call tmnet check", etc etc.
I'm gonna call and ask for a change of technician if this continues. vmad.gif

Even with the 4m broadband, I only get 3.51 on local, when connect to international is suck big time, my is 99% to 151 IP  sad.gif

Connect to China is only 1.5m  vmad.gif

Can't even able to test US site because it is too slow...

From what I heard from the technician recently he says that the submarine cable is still under maintenance.
That's why sometimes when we're trying to connect US based websites are slow.

Hey guys~ This is urgent I hope someone can reply my question~

I'm staying in Cheras area which supposed to be connecting to ip 110, 118 and 115. But on 25/5 around 4pm, I suddenly got disconnected automatically. When I connect back, my ip now is 175 100%, even if I reconnect numerous times, it will not give me back the 115, 110 or 118 ip.

Does this got anything to do with the server line migration in Klang Valley?
Anyone facing the same problem as me? To be honest, the 175 sucks.

Please someone answer me~~~ T_T
