i just wanna share a story about apply streamyx from 1Mb to 4Mb

i upgrade 1Mb to 4Mb at 28 april 2010 at 4:30pm at TM point alor setar
next day 2:30pm authorize installer from TM come to my house and he
give me another wireless innocom modem(black colour with TM logo) last time when i use 1Mb the give me a rigger modem(white n blue colur).

He setting everything after 1 hours he say that i can get 4Mb speed within 24 hour.
well i`m fine so next day after 24 hour my speed like last time(890kpbs)
i direct call him and he promise he will settle my problem at 3rd may 2010
and everything is smooth on that day
i`m so happy

the best way is direct go to TM point
i never call 100 i will direct go to TM and report my problem
another thing is when technician come to your house make sure u get their hp number
because they are the person who incharge streamyx around your area

normally installer will come to your house
make sure he bring a new modem for you
it will take around 3- 4 days working

normally the installer man will call u and make appointment with you

if after 48 hours and nothing happen
u must call the installer like me i`m keep pushing him day by day
at at last after 3 working day i get my 4Mb speed@average (3.5Mb only)
