One question for P1 guys, why when the speed is slow, P1 customer care suggest us to use the fixed DNS that I listed below, so this fixed DNS will help on the speed ???

I thought fixed DNS is only apply if you have DSL???


This is the DNS P1 suggested:
Ip Address: 10.1.1.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 10.1.1.254

Preferred DNS: 122.255.96.148
Alternate DNS: 122.255.96.149

pssstt let me tell you a lil secret, p1 customer service people "act" like they are smart, but actually they dump as a rock......they are dummies, the faggot boss put them on the phone as a punching bag and filter so they dont have to listen to the customer. they dont even know what the modem look like, what the colour light for...

the DNS they give you is already the default DNS, they just ask you to put it in the properties, it wont give any change, here the proof, go to run, type in cmd, type ipconfig /all, you will see the setting is all the same...... they could even cost more trouble because it can cause ipconflict if you are sharing internet,

they give lies so people will get off their back as quickly as possible, they treat us like stupid monkeys, that why the p1 faggot in here didnt reply all the comments, cause he afraid of smart people, he cant lie to smart people. so the next thing to do is to ignore.... or give empty promise, like calling you back

here a conversation i had about a week ago, i send an inquiry at the online web chat saying got yellow light, then they call me.


Me: im having blinking yellow light, cant connect to internet
CS: i checked and that is because you are over your FUP
Me: *chuckles* im already subsrcibe for months now, every months exceeds, still can online surfing, and get green light, why yesterday i got green why today yellow, i already exceeds so many day past already.
CS: i see.. could you go on the internet do speedtest for me?
Me: *chuckles + annoyed + almost say "YOU ARE VERY STUPID INDEED* how am i supposed to go on the internet do speedtest when i cant even online.
CS: you cant connect to internet or you have slow speed?

After few minutes jumping here and there try to reposition, i send another web chat, saying: "is there any maintainance at XXXXX", few minutes after that my phone rings.

CS(the same person): hello, sir, its about your inquiry about the base tower maintenance, they are having maintenance at the moment in your, they will be finish around XXp.m, so i wont be calling you later..
Me:*feels like to shoot some shitty words at that person* okay then.... *hang up*


wtf la you all customer service like this...... dont you have protocol when people complaint??? dont you have training? simulation? or you all really stupid like arsee???

Agree... I spent almost RM30 on my phone bill last month just to call them and make complain... can I put these cost on P1?

I have a problem over here... I'm using P1 for almost a year now, the signal has been moderate. But recently i'm getting very unstable signal! What is going on? I'm staying at Tunku Abdul Rahman College hostel near Setapak! Is not just me who is getting this shit! Most of my neighbour is getting this too!

Tell me how to cancel the contract? My acct was registered on 30th March 2010.

Service is very poor and customer support is zero.

Will be sticking to DiGi 3G again. Both price are the same but DiGi is a lot faster and customer support is 150% better than P1.

What is the point of paying RM 69 per month for something that disconnect 10 times in 5 minutes or service is affected by heavy rain?

I have a question for P1??? How P1 monitor the bandwitch usage to determine to upgrade their broadband capacity???

Because every few months, my P1 speed start to drop and I think it is because of the increase P1 customers on my area, but what action P1 will take in order to make sure maintain stable speed for existing customer icon_question.gif

Hi P1.
I want to complain about the terrible service provided by your company especially this past week, the whole week.

Starting from last Monday my P1 got almost no connection. It connected for about a few seconds only at a while and then it went blinking red for the rest of the time.

Multiple times i called the P1 help line, asked to hold only to be told that the customer service officers are all busy. i wasted a lot of phone credits this way and really feel discouraged to repeat the same mistake over and over again.

I tried everything i could to get connected. repositioned the modem, restarted it countless of times. sometimes they work but only for a brief moment, long enough to get me to log into an online game only to be frustrated as it disconnected mid-game, not mentioning the lag spike i experienced during the game.

At this rate i really considering lodging report to various consumer organizations but i'd really hate to do that. any way we can settle this soon?
