Okie i just receive a phone call from P1 regarding my complain. My problem will be under investigate. So hopefully my problem get to solve A.S.A.P.

Anybody experiencing many website cannot access at night if u have on your modem for the whole day?

my wimax was getting green light and never dc today since 6pm, donno why the signal will become so strong today because it only had 2-3 bar and always dc at past, but the speed has not improve at all, quiet slow and load a page need to refresh many time as network timeout and connection is reset issue.

hope i can keep the signal in future, if p1 fix the network timeout issue thn it would be perfect, please keep going!


Added on March 24, 2010, 10:44 pmwell, i have test the speed in speedtest.net and its end up with upload error, the ping has 150+ and speed was 0.6mbps only

I am very unsatisfied with P1.

How do I proceed to cut my line?

Btw, I have signed up for a two-year line. Is it possible to cut just after a few months using it?

Yes, I'm experiencing the same problem here in Mutiara Damansara. Every night this pass 2 week.
Some websites are NOT loading completely and properly.
This is very frustrating. P1 rep pls PM me.

Anyone know how to change the DNS address in the DV230 modem? I don't like using P1's default DNS table.

Therefore, I would like to reveal my request of the possibility to terminate my P1 package.

Please advise.

How about UniFi also promote the "potong now", then we all can potong our P1 to switch to UniFi HSBB rclxm9.gif

What we paying now with RM99 1mbps with 20G cap, I rather pay another RM50 to get RM149 5mbps with 60G cap nod.gif

It seems like P1 is losing its magic, if you can get HSBB, why get P1 WiMax with 1mbps???

i juz cannot understand....how come celular provider have FUP no one make noice but simply subscribe even their service also shitty....
but when TM try to implement it....everyone make noise of it...

previously yes TM/streamyx have not had a good reputation at some places/services.....but for unifi ,TM have given their highest effort and service to grab opportunity to serve to the nations by providing the best service in every aspect....

simply dun understand....what people wants.....
last time say internet so slow.....now want to provide high speed with new technology....also not satisfying....


sometimes pity TM....rarely got compliment of their services.....

The technician came over this morning, and he remove those extra base tower address.
But the slow connection problem still same during evening, only thing that fix is the dc problem now.
