hey P1 my speed are awesome these days ( as long as didnt download too many stuff )! check out my speed test!  by the way, i wanted to ask about my bill. it says that i have to pay the bill this month - RM4.30 ...that is the balance t hat i paid for last month ( supposed to pay RM95.70 and i paid RM100 instead . so why it doesnt show how much i need to pay for this month? can u please check my bill account. my account number is 101663516 by the way keep up the good work p1! very happy with the speed and the service

P1, my net getting really really slow..since early march...is it because of the upgradable that you are working on this month? sometimes it cant connect..or lots of disconnection..can you check?? my account is 101663516 and i just paid this month yesterday. so i hope itll be good by the end of this month. here is my speed

my connection has been really slow since those a few maintenance that you did a week ago. whats goin on ?? heres my speed and heres my account number i know that my download limit has exceeded, but isnt it from 1.2mbps to 400mbps? look at my speed now. its worse than that.

P1 i got a major problem here. im not sure if its my modem or my connection can you please check it!! my modem says it doesnt have any signals( theres no light red,yellow or green at all) but my LAN connection works as it shows the blue light.

please call me asap, cuz im at the internet cafe and i cant get online at all check my connection , hopefully its the connection , if not it could be my modem thats broken.
i went to the P1 agent at selayang tesco, they told me to contact you guys. and my package is 24 months, if its anything happen to my modem, it should be still under warranty since ive been only using it for about 9-10 months
please contact my handphone asap once you know whats the problem thanks
