after their updated from days ago, whole sunway line goes lag like shyt,
wtf
can up 2 588 ping...

and within 1 month more than 10 days is maintenance and juz rebate for 1 day amount.

TX Pwr 0.9x>13~19.xx
constantly drop after update
from normal speed 0.7mpbs > 0.2~1

i dont know after update to 4g, line getting suxier and worst than 3g
now barely open any international web

cant surf facebook, comment, youtube error, green light dced.

SOMEmore got suddenly lag hang,
lag green light dced then wont resume back until you turn off whole p1 and turn on again.
happening every 5mins time.

Now worst they dont even reply me.

Whole sunway line like shyt, i tried my friends 3 p1 modem all having same problem.

I have send reply via message,
but dint slove my lag problem as
you ask me to reply if lag issue didn't solve at the end of April.

I have green lighted dc, lag dc then wont connect at all, have to turn off and on to get the line back.

on green light but dont have line,
lag then drop line lag then drop line,
repeat process ever few mins,
reset modem on off every 10mins

i very piss off for a month

as long the RSSI over 60, your TX power over 10 something will lag or the number here keep change also lag+ green light dc

you should forget it,
ask long you rssi over 60, cinr doesnt matter, txpower over over 10 mostly is lag
mainly tx over higher you lagger if hit over the 26.xx limit u green light dc

until today p1 din drop me a call, and my problem doesn't solve for almost 2month as their promise
now even skip all my reply.

It sick to reply over same thing over over and over again yes its the sames issues either green light dc + lag or no line but in green from 12pm>2am 100% lag until pages cant displayed. And i have to turn on off again to stay connected.

every time reply me the same thing, "Please share with us here ya.. We wil help to solve your problem. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. "
My lagness+dc in my area havent being solve for 2 month.
YES the issue didn't solve and its very inconvenience to me for getting such reply.
I don't know why reply the same thing over and over again.
Doesn't solve my latency and just reply me the same way as use to be.
