I'm using the RM88 1mb package at the moment and thinking of upgrading to 2mb but I can't see any RM88 packages in the advertisement.Does that mean I have to pay RM99 for the first 4 months?

just got upgraded yesterday. It seems u have to disconnect your active connection to see the change in speed. They will not disconnect you automatically. So far so good for me.

- I am currently using the 512kbps package
- Fixed telephone TM line
- Been a customer for more than 2 years.

But why there is no super deals option for me??

I upgraded online (512 to 1Mbps)last night and this is my speed today! Woahahahahah!

Can anyone show the result after upgrading from 1Mbps to 2Mbps?

Went to TM point during lunch hour. There was a table/parasol arrangement outside the building and a few TM workers doing Streamyx promotion. They were so engrossed chitchatting with each other it took me much difficulty to get noticed. After announcing my presence (some loud "Excuse Me") they directed me to TM point office inside to make technical enquiries on upgrading 'cos outside was only in charge of selling Streamyx to new customers. After going inside (crowded as usual) the receptionist directed me to the outside booth again on "queries" concerning Streamyx (whatever issues). I got to the outside booth to tell those fellas on better ways to serve clients when they reluctantly took down my particulars & promise to give me a reply. How Pathetic!

I've met P1 guys & TM outsourcing people doing sales in the mall, they have completely different attitude. Looks like TM better outsource everything to keep market share. I have no problem with their technology but Sales & Service is way below standard.

i dont have the super deal option in upgrade dropdown.
so the supa deal is only a myth.

Okay, I encountered the same problem yesterday but went to TMpoint personally just now. It seems that for certain unlucky users like us, the application for the Super Deals upgrade have to be filed at TMpoint directly.
I waited for a god damn 45 minutes before I was served as they prioritized bill payers and new applicants: very typical TM customer service system.

wanna ask something....to do the upgrade does the main account person need to go there or other people can go there for the upgrade ?

I ask this because the account is under my dad name and i dun think he got time to go TMpoint so i am the one going.......

Yersterday night I was still able to see the options list with 1mb (super deal) rm71 & 1mb combo (super deal) rm95 !!! too bad
